Through well honed structures and systems we are able to activate new teams from our extensive database of practitioners, subject matter experts and delivery specialists and have them working in a high performance state quickly.

We seek to bring diversity of voices, backgrounds, experience, geography and perspectives to organisations and businesses who may struggle in these areas.

Our team is led and managed by Rebel Black, a skilled entrepreneur, leader and facilitator with more than 20 years experience in business and community development in rural and remote Australia. Through her various entrepreneurial pursuits Rebel has worked across the country with all levels of government, private enterprise, social enterprise and the not for profit field. Our delivery team will vary depending on availability of members and requirements of our clients but we have a demonstrated track record in delivering on time, on budget and with exceptional service.

The Melbourne Minute was proud to work with Bowabirds on a recent project. Rebel and the team at Bowabirds are highly organised, and ensured that The Melbourne Minute team was prepared for the project and able to meet all deadlines prescribed. We would welcome the opportunity to work with Bowabirds again in the future.

Finally, I wanted to thank you both so much for providing us with the opportunity to work with you on this project. I loved seeing the way that you both strive to maintain a positive culture online and I will take this with me and apply it to my own remote team. We would be more than happy to work with you again in the future, and would love the opportunity to be considered. Thanks again!
